Luisa came to Josiah's House with severe malnutrition and neglect. Her sisters were already at Josiah's House, and it was a huge answer to prayer that she was found and reunited with her sisters. Luisa is tiny but strong! She has a big personality, and she loves to laugh, eat and dance. Her body has been struggling to grow properly, but she just recently got a diagnosis for her growth issues and has started taking injections to help her.
